With a career spanning advertising, insurance, healthcare, and technology, Neeta brings a multidisciplinary perspective and deep operational insight to the businesses she partners with.She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a Master’s in Sociology, and postgraduate qualifications in both Marketing and Business, equipping her with a rare combination of strategic, analytical, and human-centered thinking.Neeta founded Relay Rise Capital to bring a personal, thoughtful approach to business succession — one rooted in empathy, long-term thinking, and hands-on leadership. She is a strong operator with a proven ability to navigate complexity, lead teams, and grow organizations across industries.
